Absolutely loved the Omni in Austin. Walkable to everything downtown. Used an uber to and from the airport with ease. The breakfast at Capital A was delicious. The rooftop bar and pool were very lovely. We enjoyed the lobby being friendly, clean and often had little treats such as sparkling water, coffee, and sparkling wine in the afternoon. Looking forward to staying there anytime we are in Austin.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The entire staff is delightful and the food at Capital A is delicious. I want to specifically call out Tim at the valet, he made such a great impression on our stay. He was attentive from the moment we arrived, always ready to open doors for me and other guests, whether we were coming or going. He never missed a beat with helping to open doors or load up our bags with our Ride shares either. On top of that, he was genuinely polite and just a pleasure to interact with. It’s the kind of service that doesn’t go unnoticed. Tim is a gem!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Fantastic surprise welcome when we arrived for our honeymoon (complimentary upgrade and treats in the room).

Parking is expensive, however it is quite costly in the area anyways.
