"Central property with incredibly friendly staff."

Super central, gym was brand new and clean. Bar and coffee stand downstairs were very convenient.

"Great hotel in the Austin downtown"

Usually, there are many hotels in downtown Austin, but many of them are pricier than what they offer. Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is not like the others. My stay was great thanks to the kindness of the staff and the well-maintained facilities. There isn’t anything particularly flashy or unique about the hotel—which is pretty typical for downtown properties—but you won’t regret staying here.

"A perfect stay at a great hotel"

The rooms were very modern and comfortable. I had a view of the interior of the hotel, but it was so well lit and designed that the windows let a lot of light in. The team were fast and accommodating. The location was great, in the downtown area and walking distance of everything I needed.

Nothing, it was a fantastic stay.

"Was an overall good experience but won’t stay again."

I liked how nice and friendly the staff was and the convenient location

The bed and pillows were the worst part especially the pillows not worth what I paid for to be sleeping bad probably be the reason I won’t be staying again also broken mirror
