A nice and big hotel with good restaurants nearby, perfect for those who don't want to live in the noisy old city of Venice. Near the train station

I loved the location, very close to the train station, even though I could hear the trains at night, it was so easy to get in an out of Venice, without the hassle of carrying luggage inside Venice

The only thing I didn’t like was that my room was facing the train tracks and I coukd hear the trains.

Nice lobby and restaurant, modern rooms, comfy beds.

Noise of train at night

A great base for exploring the region. The hotel is conveniently located close to Venice and well-positioned for anyone looking to travel around the area. The property itself is modern and well-maintained, and despite being near the station, it was pleasantly quiet — we had no issues with noise during our stay. Would recommend for travellers looking for a comfortable and well-connected stopover.

A few minor inconveniences worth mentioning. The drop-off area in front of the hotel is quite limited, making it a little tricky to unload luggage comfortably — something to bear in mind if arriving by car or taxi with a lot of bags. Parking is available at a nearby facility, though the rates are on the pricey side; it is worth asking at the concierge for a discount before heading there. Finally, we found an empty bottle of prosecco in the minibar upon arrival, which was not the best first impression — that said, the concierge responded quickly, replaced it promptly and apologised, which we appreciated.
