PTThe only good thing was the location
No hot water in the showers which was inadmissible for the price we paid. Everything was old and dirty. The paint on the walls was chipping and there were disgusting stains on all the walls. Our bedroom seemed more like a cave with two tiny windows. The showers were dirty and there was no privacy. You could see no money had been put into the upkeep of the property for years. Definitely not worth the money and we won’t be setting foot in here again.

We had no warm water during pur stay. The first room they offered us (102 I think) smelled moldy and was kind of bare, and was level with the street / had a terrace basically on the sidewalk. After complaining, we were able to change to 105 which was what was shown on the pictures of the booking, and was what we expected.
AUGreat location really close to center and walkable down to beach. Surf lessons offered every day and staff provided good information when asked. Shared spaces were really nice.
Arrived at check in time and was told to wait 10 minutes which then ended up being 2.5hrs to check in, happy to wait this but just would prefer transparency. Walls were also very thin

IEThe property is beautiful and the outdoor area is amazing. Some storage issues in the large dorms but overall it’s a lovely stay.
GBGreat location as everything was near. Comfortable and very clean.
Their hot water tanks broke and we didn’t have hot water for 4 nights. Other guests said they didn’t have hot water for a few days before.
