Younger staff at front desk really cold and stand off which sets the vibe for the place. Kitchen super dirty, always dishes left everywhere and leftover food scraps on bench. Bathroom not very clean

PTDisappointing Stay – Not Worth the Stress If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We stayed here for a week and were constantly disturbed by night noise. After 11 PM, it was never quiet — from loud guests arriving late and chatting as if it were midday, to the thin walls that let every sound through. To make it worse, even the reception staff were giving loud tours to new arrivals around 11:30 PM. So much for getting a good night’s sleep. Mornings weren’t any better. We were regularly woken up at 8 AM by arguing cleaning staff shouting in the hallways. No sense of professionalism or consideration for sleeping guests. Despite being there for a week, no one ever cleaned our room. We had to ask for fresh towels ourselves — basic service you’d expect without needing to chase it down. No warm water either,.. And to top it all off, we misplaced our room band (a cheap plastic bracelet), and they charged us €3 to replace it. Really? This hotel was noisy, poorly managed, and unwelcoming. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for rest, comfort, or decent service.
No Toilette paper and soap in the restrooms. Also only cold water for shower. But the concept and excess to pt and groceries are great.

The 4 bed women's dorm room is basically the size of a closet and does not match the pictures. There's no room to pack up or put your suitcase There was no hot water for the duration of my stay, and there was no offer to compensate or any offer for a solution for the major inconvenience There's some major water and maintenance issues in the bathroom that needs attention, there are some leaks and water damage, the floors and surfaces were always wet
RO*Very clean, surprisingly comfortable bunk beds, great staff and atmosphere, I booked it repeatedly *great for solo travelers, you're not forced to socialize, but the options are always there and natural *two breakfast options and they were great *beautiful terrace, cute pool area
