The Ritz property was beautiful and had great views of the ocean. The food was very good and the staff was very accomodating.

There's not much we didn't like other than the price they charge for an older resort.

The phones did not work , shower stripping working so leaked all over the bathroom floors and rug was dirty and outdated. Room was warm and I got rashes from Deb bugs or laundry detergent but it was unpleasant. I’ll definitely stay at the Montage moving forward

We liked the hotel and the staff was very friendly.

The room prices were different than what was advertised on booking.com, we had to pay a lot more. The room was filled with ants, and the food was not that great. Ordering a medium on skirt steak and it comes out rare not once but two times. Plates were never picked up after your done done and waiting a very long time to get your check. Big dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant, my daughter is allergic to dogs and cats and was having a very hard time around them. Lastly we also got stuck in the elevator.
