Karaluchy pełzające po tarasie. Zapadające się łóżko bo brak desek. Obskurna toaleta odpadająca farba podłoga pomalowany farba cement zamiast płytek!!!. Obsługa managera bezczelna i próbująca oskarżyć o wyłudzenie gdy wskazaliśmy wszystkie mankamenty pokoju. Brudne materace nieczyszczone chyba od początku. Cena nieadekwatna do jakości!!! Wodę trzeba do kapania grzać pół godziny!! Niedziałające juccuzi i wifi nie działające Omijać z daleka. Manager stwierdził że możemy wystawić ocenę nawet 1 nie zależy mu na opinii gości których traktuje jak zło konieczne. Na reklamację odpowiada przez chat GPT. Jego postawa zepsuła nam cały pobyt.

The location was wonderful - in between Fira and Oia, it was away from the crowds but still in walking distance to Fira. Also loved the front porch and balcony which both afforded some privacy.

There was no WiFi past the main living room so no WiFi in the back bedroom and the TV couldn’t connect to any of the apps. It was very sport throughout the front of the house as well. Best connection was outside on the porch. There was also a strong sewage smell from the main bathroom for about 1.5 days, but the housekeeping staff took care of it the following day. The prime location of the home was also right where all of the floating dress photos were taken at all times of the day, which was ok if you just walked around them.

Need to turn on boiler and wait a little while for hot water. But not long wait about 15 minutes or so. Bathroom could be bigger

We absolutely loved this apartment. I can’t say enough good things. First of all, the view is unstoppable. The Fira to Oia path runs right in front of the apartment, but it is much lower than the patio wall so the property has total privacy and uninterrupted views of the caldera. The location was ideal, close to everything and Imerovigli is a quieter town which we appreciated. We loved all the area and street food, just as good, if not better, than the famed restaurants. And the staff were so professional, helpful and friendly. Marinos was so helpful answering questions as I planned the trip. And he sent us a long list of personal recommendations and offered to help us book activities. Any time we had a question he was there with a suggestion or an answer. And the cleaning staff were so friendly and sweet. They left us little flowers a coupe of times. If we ever return to Santorini We would only stay here.

Our host Marinos was excellent. He provided us a with a wealth of information about Santorini. Mardanza house was just recently refreshed and was an amazing, clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

There is absolutely nothing negative about Mardanza House.

The location of the apartment was perfect. The size was surprisingly good, and the fit out had what we needed. Proximity to restaurants and shops was good and the view was remarkable. So much so, there were always modelling shoots done around the location. There are some stairs to contend with, but in that area this is to be expected.

The beds were quite hard. This wouldn't have been a problem in our younger days. The quoted prices for cars to / from the port or airport are not always the same as those charged by the driver.

Our two-night stay in Imerovigli was absolutely perfect! The highlight of this property is the incredible jacuzzi with stunning caldera views. We’ve seen many places offering jacuzzis with views, but none compare to this one in terms of both beauty and privacy. You can relax completely without worrying about anyone passing by on public paths, which is a rare find in the area. The property has two comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, and a well-equipped kitchenette. It’s also very close to the bus station for easy trips to Fira. Lucas, who greeted us at the bus station, gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. With a coffee machine, plenty of pillows, towels, and everything we needed, this stay was truly unforgettable. Imerovigli is just as beautiful as Oia and Fira, if not more, and far less crowded. The walk to Fira from here offers amazing views. It was the best two nights for us!

The location is perfect. In the middle of everything. Beautiful scenery.

Shower area was a little cramped and little shower head but that’s to be expected in a small dome home on a cliff. We really had no other complaints.
