Perfect stay and location for going to watch Warrington Wolves at Halliwell Jones Stadium. Great price for 2 people, rooms are basic, but extremely clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. Windows are old and a lot of light comes through the blinds, but a eye mask helps with a great sleep. Bathroom spotless, lovely white towels and small toiletries. Breakfast is fantastic, full English- 2 thick slices back bacon , 2 sausage, fried egg, mushrooms. Beans, tomato & black pudding, 2 slices of freshly buttered toast, all cooked to order and quality products cooked by Lisa. Yogurts, cereal, juice tea and coffee all available to help yourself. Better breakfast than most places, where you would pay upwards of £15 per person. So when paying £73 for 2 ppl including the breakfast, no complaints from us 👌 will be back in 2 weeks

Very friendly staff. Very central. Literally across the road from the train station which suited me.

The only thing was I couldn't get hot water in the shower. Im sure they could have sorted it out for me if I asked? But I was against the clock.

The room was of a good size but could have been improved with a sofa or comfortable chair The bar served an excellent Madri The breakfast cooked and served by Paula was excellent All the staff were friendly and welcoming

Our room (number 1) was at the front of the building and due to being a graded building the windows were drafty and road noise was an issue.
