Friendly staff, good breakfast
Staff were nice. Property sits along I-95 corridor which is noisy. There is no place to sit outside to relax outdoors! A few chairs and table or two would be great for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Most hotels offer such. Toilets are way too low to the ground and need to be updated. They are so low they look like toilets for children. Breakfast is great.
Horrible experience from check in all the way to checkout! First room was not stocked with towels, toiletry, tv did not work, and AC made a loud humming noise. Second room went to take a shower and bathtub was clogged up which made us had to cancel our plans to wait for a plumber to come. At checkout the front desk representative said the manager was on the phone but would reach out to Expedia to provide refund for our experience over our two day stay. Sure enough a week went by and no email from Expedia or hotel about refund. Then I called Expedia and they called to speak with the manager and claims she never said to the front desk representative. Needless to say I called corporate and filed a complaint against property and her. Avoid this hotel at all possible!!

The staff made our stay so enjoyable! The breakfast was delicious & the offerings too numerous to mention. Any requests were met with immediate & friendly response.
We only stayed overnight on a roadtrip, but the breakfast was outstanding. A chef prepared waffles for everyone and delivered them to their tables - with options such as fresh berries, choc. Chips, whipped cream. Also had good scrambled eggs, tater tots, sausage patties, and better-than-usual danish/muffins. Great value, too. Large room with a comfy king bed. The pool looked great and was busy, but we didn't use it. Great stop off I95. Easy to get to.
