"Poor communication from hotel management stuff."

I was in contact with the Hotel Manager while i was staying in the hotel regarding the refund that after a discussion with the manager was promised by here that it will be returned to me. But since the conversation i can not reach the manager nor she is replying on the email that i have sent or returns my calls after i leave messages to the reception with request to be contacted by the manager.

Air conditioning is poor and the shower barely has water. I’ve stayed here in the past few months and it wasn’t this bad . The water in the shower barely comes out and you are lucky if the toilet flushes

I had a disappointing experience at this Hotel. The room was both smelly and dirty. The linens and towels were both very old and very used and the staff was very dismissive and unhelpful when we attempted to change rooms. Despite attempts to refresh the space the unpleasant odor in the carpets persisted and cleanliness was subpar. I would not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel

I even vacuum my room it was couldn’t be any cleaner and they did not refund my $400 reservation reserve who even takes $400 from somebody anyways I was there for a week because my house was being done. I left a $20 tip vacuum my room it was immaculate and they did not give me back my deposit

Easy to get to. Pleasantly quiet even though you are right next to the highway. Continental breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Stayed only for 1 night
