Comfort Inn Medford North

The installations were great, the room was comfortable, the location was also good and the receptionist that checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

The receptionist that was in the next morning was very unfriendly. Also the cleaner knock at our door exactly at 11:00am. We were ready to go and just packing the last bits but we found rude to be kicked out exactly at 11am. The cleaner was then in the front desk with the receptionist and both had long faces.

It was clean, comfy, convenient location off the highway as a travel stop.

Should have more zero sugar breakfast items available for Type 1 diabetics.

Friendly accommodating staff

No interest in using the facilities (possibly because too visible). I ate an egg at breakfast. Made coffee in the room. Used the whole milk on offering for my coffee.

Price, centrally located, room was spacious. Although we did not have kids or pets with us, we liked that it was clearly family and pet friendly.

Common areas need updates and could be cleaner. Vague smell in the carpets which were quite worn. Room itself was clean, and bed was comfortable. However, shower stall was aged or looked dirty and needed an update. Could hear quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms and room above.

Hot tub was green, needed cleaning, no blackout shades, only sheer and right outside my window was the GD light for the parking area. I had to take hangers from the closet and use the clamps and take the solid faux drapes and attach them to block the window.
