The first room they gave me was dirty dark and smelled. The pool looked dirty was not clear.

Breakfast was ok

Told us that handicap accessible lifts for pool and spa were working, and they were not functional. Booked at this site especially for this feature for paralyzed husband. Also, told when checked in that accessible room was not available. Husband could not get into the bathroom, and had trouble in the room itself due to lack of room for wheelchair.
