The breakfast was okay the lady in the front desk warned us every 5 minutes for 20 minutes that we had to get out she needs more training very sad more training for your help Sandra was terrible

We did not like the lady that works the front desk Sandra she is a very rude person you need more training for her for customer service

That pool open till midnight for adults. The welcoming of my service dog. Friendliness, over all the stay was like home.

Check out should always be at noon. Like hotels use to be.

Roku tv easy to use

Cobwebs in and around room. Window broke showed water pressure pool foul

Location was fine. We appreciated the taxi service to the airport.

The staff was unfriendly. The hotel had a heavy smell of some kind of cleaner, but the cleanliness was not there. The room we stayed in had long hairs in the sink, a big unpainted hole patched in the ceiling, the light covers in the bathroom were filthy. Stains on the carpet in the room. All of the doors had scrapes on them like they each had something peeled off. We paid almost 300 dollars for a room that was not even close to being worth 100. Very disappointing.
