It was relatively quiet and I appreciated that they automatically gave me an extra sheet to cover the bedding (we had our dog) and a dog treat.

The smell of deodorizer was strong the moment we walked into the hallway outside the room and the coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned - there was still a pod inside.

staff were nice

tv wasn't working and needed staff to come help, no bathmat in tub, no shampoo in bathroom, alarm went off in building and we thought we had to evacuate--it was stressful, no coffee in the morning for my husband--that was really hard for him as its kind of a deal breaker for him in the early hours of morning. driving access to hotel confusing with strange non intuitive pathways in parking lot--didn't need to be so confusing. my husband felt it was dirty and looked upkept outside.
