The refrigerator froze all of my food. I could not figure out how to turn down the cold. I did not ask the motel for assistance.
When we arrived there was no heat, but were accommodating with bringing a space heater until the issue was fix later that night.
Check in was easy with combo lock. No need to check in at hotel. Room was average size with everything you would need for cooking. Has small sink fridge combo . Which I had never seen before. Room was average in size. if your looking for an inexpensive place to crash while your in town. It does the job. Quarter mile downhill to beach. The updates to make this look more oalita le were just pieces of wood going up the wall. Looked a lot better in pics. Big surprise was the Mrs pacman on the wall. Had a bit of fun till we realized the joystick does not move Mrs pacman down. Just up and side to side but still fun. Place was clean host was very nice. It is what it is. Nice place to stay in a budget.

It worked for what we needed for a quick, inexpensive weekend stop, but it's a bit tight for 3 people. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The wifi was iffy, but that's an easy fix, and having Roku TV was nice. It's on the first floor beside the parking lot so we had easy access to our car, for loading and unloading luggage. It's not on the beach, but it's a short two minute drive from the beach and even closer to Asian House Chinese food, Davids Subs for breakfast, and Dollar General. I loved the location.
Love the Pac Man game system in the room, brought back memories and was fun to play against my husband and win 😄

The new property management is awful. They did not have our reservations, and we have receipts of payment and proof of payment on our credit card statement. Still waiting on refunds.
The room was clean, and was very cute. It also had an arcade machine which we all loved!
