This was a wonderful stay. Very quiet and clean. Modern living area, with a very comfortable bed. This is not like other rooms down the beach… this was nice. No bad smell from prior people staying. Absolutely one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had. All the extras are provided for you. Just a pleasant layout and WE WILL BE BACK 🙏❤️
We never stayed hardly could get in My confirmation said could check in at 2pm was told on phone not till 4pm the house attached is a private property with note to call people for info. It was the weirdest setup and most stressful setup couldn’t get any info I needed till just before 4pm and when finally got to see and check in it smelt like mold was freezing inside step one foot in and out I was already sick from stress off trying to make sure we had a place to stay with 2 kids and I had to find somewhere else to go was not going to make rest of family sick with mold or whatever that stench was. I was told we would be refunded but Expedia can’t seem to connect with them! However if you need a great place to stay only 30 mins away port inn in Kennebuck is great!

We were impressed by the @ home atmosphere of the owners offering a hot plate, sink, untensils, cookware, mini fridge. Very welcoming decor/bright & light. Management were very nice/courteous. The downside is that it could have been cleaner - floors and baseboards, etc. Shower wasn't that efficient re: hot enough water. We would return though. Waiting to make sure we get a receipt for staying an extra night and it not going through via the internet/just dealt w/ the management, directly.
Nice small older motel. Clean and comfortable.
Owner was very nice. We could not get the tv to work and needed more towels she was quick to help. The kitchen was not stocked very well and could use some deep cleaning, mold on shower liner, but was a place to stay at a reasonable price.
It was filthy. Manager was rude und unhelpful. You hear everything through the walls. The floors moved when someone next door was walking. Real treat! And I’m sure black mold was in the bathroom. It was stuffy but when you turned on air, you got a load of dirt floating around the room
The matresses need a serious discard they are by far the worst.I understand not being able to clean all the sand, maybe suggest leaving one for guests to do a sweep themselves through out their stay as it can easily get outta control
We never stayed. We were turned away because the property said we never registered which we did! So we lost the $185 deposit. I believe Expedia has proof of my payment. My card ended in 3320 Visa. I now have a new card if I can get my credit. Please help me with this and let me know. Thank you. Penny Tanner. We never stayed nor got our money back. That's the best I can do. PT
