Conveniently located — about a 10 minute walk from the airport (or by the hotel shuttle). Superior quality rooms with every amenity. Several restaurants on site. Secure. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the check-in / breakfast / checkout / shuttle processes are not smooth. There are two hotel buildings, each with its own check-in staff. There is no indication which building to go to on your reservation. One has to go through security to enter each building. You wait in line for security, then you wait in line at reception, then you are told you are at the wrong building. So you have to walk to the other building and wait in line for security, then wait in line to check-in. Some guests go to one restaurant for breakfast and other guests go to a different building for breakfast. I was given conflicting information by staff, resulting in my going to the wrong restaurant. And I was told breakfast starts at 5:30 a.m. to accommodate early flights. So I go at 5:30 a.m. and am told the restaurant won’t open until 6 a.m. By 6 a.m. I am rushing to eat something to catch my flight. Then at ckeck-out they give you a coupon to give the bus driver to tske you, along with 30 or more other guests, to the airport. They only drop you at the international terminal so if you have a domestic flight you have to walk the long distance to the domestic terminal. Staff simply need to have a consistent and correct message to give guests. Confusion is the order if the day.
