Property is nice and its location is strategic. But the customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I arrived the hotel at about 8AM after a 14 hour flight, hoping I'd check in an catch some sleep before a meeting that afternoon. Unfortunately I was told I had to wait till 10.30 Am. I was told the room was ready but policy stated that check in had to be after 10 or I had to pay a half day rate. I could'nt wit due to tiredness so I was charged. When I inquired about breakfast, I was told breakfast for me was only available the next day because I was technically supposed to check in after breakfast was over. When I was charged a late departure fee because My flight was delayed and I had to stay longer. I will never again visit the property.

It's close to the airport, so convenient, but the rooms need an upgrade. The tub in the bathroom leaked all over the floor, and the restaurants are OK. At least there is a variety. The rooms are comfortable, and soundproof, which is nice. Check in takes forever, and the internet code they give you does not work. So OK, but people choose for the convenience to get to the airport.

Everything is beyond expectations. I travel many countries all over the world. This hotel is super from walk in to walk out. Specially room cleanness, amenities, food and location. Highly recommended.
