The location, staff everything was wonderful.

The only thing that needs fixing is the bed frame, it was very noisy, the slightest movement and the bed would sound like it's about to break. The mattress could use replacement as well.

This is a good place for the price. My family and I used it for a ski trip to Red River. It was nice for a place to sleep and extremely affordable. What would have made this better is knowing what would and wouldn't be provided.

There is no food nearby unless you like Thai. The Thai restaurant in town is affordable and good. If you want to eat in, you only have a small refrigerator and microwave. You also have no trash service, so bring extra trash bags and have a plan of what to do with full ones. There isn't a place to throw trash, so you will have full bags sitting out. You also need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Grab some extra drying towels and washcloths as well. You will be given 3-4, but if you have children with you and plan on staying more than a few nights, grab some extra towels.

I loved the ease of check in and out. The views were beautiful and the space was cute.

The bed was horrible. It was truly like sleeping on a wood table. Given that we really only used the facility for sleeping and a shower in the morning, we were not able to get the comfortable rest we needed. Also, the room had a musty smell and I worry it is from moisture.

Room was very clean and well decorated. Nice little place.

The living room and bedroom needs more lamp lighting. The only lighting in the living room was the over head light- it makes it hard to read without a shadow. Lamps in the bedroom were small and very dim..

The view from the front porch is amazing! It is a very peaceful and quiet property.
