Easy check in- clean room- it’s great that I could get some food and a drink at the bar in the hotel. ( amazing hot wings)

The room was exceptional. It was a great size for my family and I. All areas was clean.

The only thing that did not work was the phone in our room 218. I had tried different ways to see if it worked. I had to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk. I requested more towels, but was informed that some staff members left for the day and the only person at the front desk had to lock everything before personally going to the other floors to see if there were more towels available.

Good location

Short staffed, unmotivated staff Rude guests, loud music late at night. No blackout curtains, refrigerator did not get very cold

Obvious experience with racial profiling upon check-in. My room was booked under the state's virtual card program, which is a card provided by my job. I'm a black man and the white woman checking me in appeared to be completely unaware of this virtual card program and required me to contact my job and ask for an authorization form at 8:00 p.m. in the evening when I arrived. Very worrying and unprofessional. The room was okay but I'm not going to lie the entire hotel and room smelled like 💩 tbh and it was a bit annoying

The property was very clean and looked really nice. The breakfast was great. Everything tasted good was nice and warm. Good variety plenty of seating.

Location perfect, very clean, and well kept hotel.

Breakfast items could have been kept warm. Waffles were hard. Plates were not always available. No napkins and regular coffee available throughout the meal time.

Comfy bed. Spacious room

It wasnt that clean. Some fixtures broken or crooked. I wasnt crazy about the art or colors or rug. Tiny coffee machine but it did work.

Absolutely amazing breakfast and water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve seen in a long while! Overall great stay.
