I liked omelets. Didn't care for herbs on potatoes. I have never seen biscuits offered without gravey before.

Didn't like sliding doors not working the whole 5 days I was there. One evening a homeless man walked in because doors were malfunctioning and were open. Your maintenance man on the doors was a joke. He never did fix it while I was there. He told front desk man it was the cold weather. Temperatures were above normal 4 out of 5 days I was there. Maintenance man was called everyday I was there for the doors going out to Main Street. Also, your TV setup in my room was a joke. No channel numbers on screen telling you what channel you're watching. No numbers on your remote so you can go directly to channel you want after turning TV on. Really??? I didn't appreciate tapping down button 50 times each time I turned on tv.

Super ligging, zeer ruime kamers, behulpzaam personeel

Zeer slechte wifi, bijna nooit verbinding te krijgen. Misschien omdat we op de 7de etage lagen. Onder in de lobby was het wel goed.

Property was nice

Everything was ok until our car was broken into. Even having to pay for parking and not being refunded for the damages caused to my property was a disappointment. It was nice but I wouldn’t stay there unless you bring dropped off. Otherwise you’ll wake up to shattered windows and missing items out of your vehicle. I think the property should invest in a parking lot security

Location is close to downtown. Food, Kaufman Center, T Mobile Center. Parking is close.

Toilet didn’t flush properly. Check in area outside is very small. Alley to parking area is poorly maintained.
