Phone calls are put on hold so long, 15 minutes, I had to hang up. Tried calling again and it went straight to music. I needed to talk to someone to inform them of late checkin time. Water pressure on 4th floor room felt low. It took some time for water to heat up in shower.

Gorgeous hotel…lots of character. Great location for us, halfway between the WW2 museum and the French Quarter. Valet parking is available and you have access to your car 24/7. Beds were SO comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked if I could come down and get an extra blanket. 2 minutes later they were at my door with it! The Ruby Slipper is attached and is a great spot for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!!

This is a brilliant location for a trip exploring NOLA. Nice touch having a radio in the room and it tuned to a local station on arrival.. we didn’t change it and loved having it play throughout our trip.

Surprised not to have complimentary water in the room, but were advised upfront by staff so able to navigate. Room size a bit of squeeze with two suitcases!

Great price in a charming hotel off the main road but close to everything. Very friendly staff. We personally Liked the decor a lot!

Our room was quite humid. With no window to circulate air, we had to be careful with hot showers. Some rooms don’t have windows - ok with us, but double check when booking
