Loved the stay for our 30th anniversary and the hotel had a complementary bottle of sparkling wine in our room upon our arrival. The room was elegant and was a wonderful stay since our last stay 29 years ago.

- Quiet - Near everything walking distance - Boutique historical building - Clean towel service every day by request - The front doors to the hotel are always locked at all times - Coffee service in the lobby

- The one gentleman staff member would not accommodate a taxi ride for my son back to his hotel near the airport. They indicated they would only accommodate airport rides. - Would not accommodate a late checkout, not even an hour without an up charge of $40 $50-$60 - The refrigerator temperature was not consistent and very old - The water temperature was not consistent. - Hotel room could be cleaner lots of dust. - Coffee cups leak consistently had an incident in the taxi and leaked everywhere had another incident in the hotel leaking - Not all of the staff was that pleasant to approach
