Dusit Hotel & Suites - Doha

Spacious, comfortable rooms with luxurious bathrooms. ​Well-equipped gym. ​Great location near the Corniche and malls. Breakfast felt basic for a 5-star hotel—mainly à la carte English breakfast with limited variety, limited vegetarian choices, and no fresh juices). No Netflix on the TVs, which is a letdown when you are stuck inside during hot summers in Doha.

Service fell short regarding a lost Mexican poncho. Despite CCTV proving I entered wearing my poncho, housekeeping kept denying until I checked out. The item was later "found" after I repeatedly pushed for a thorough investigation. While I got it back, the process was frustrating and ruined my experience.

We had an amazing stay at Dusit Suites. The room was very spacious and exactly as we expected. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel for upgrading our room, which made our experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Sajid for his outstanding service, professionalism, and hospitality throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Mr. Samuel for his kindness and assistance. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable experience. The excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality made our stay truly exceptional. We highly recommend Dusit Suites and look forward to returning in the future.

Service I was somewhat disappointed with the service during my stay. Assistance was not provided promptly when needed. Some staff members appeared rude when responding to questions and inquiries. Amenities – Swimming Pool The pool operating hours indicate that it opens at 5:30 AM. However, when I visited at that time, towels were not available. The pool attendant informed me that towels would only be available at 8:00 AM, which was confusing since the pool was already open to guests. Bathroom Amenities In the shower area, there are two dispensers, but both appear to contain shampoo. Normally, one dispenser should contain shampoo and the other conditioner. At the handwashing area, the dispenser appears to contain shampoo as well, whereas it should contain hand soap. I hope these observations can be reviewed and addressed to improve the guest experience and for my next visit because I love to visit different 5start hotel and review and satisfaction and need to improve. Room given was with a sea view, which was a better deal. Room service was good too. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The staff promised a birthday cake that was not given. Room provided does not have a robe provided and took time before housekeeping sent.
