Staff at the reception are helpful & fast acting

Room facilities are old need renovations, bathroom had a very bad smell since I checked in because there was left hair on the shower that housekeeper did not clean ! When I asked them to check it they went directly and solve it , wondering why they didn’t do their work before , during my stay I felt they never cleaned the showers & the smell came back . During my stay they also always missed to add towels and I had to call asking for them , housekeeping need improvement!

اثاث متهالك الموظفين غير متعاونين جداً ويوجد في الطابق العلوي ملهى ليلي حيث تشوف مناظر غير لائقة عند الدخول والخروج من الفندق من الاجانب وكذلك مشكلة المواقف غير مضللة وزحمة دائمة ، لا اعيد تجربتي في هذا الفندق
