"Poor handicap help"

2.0

Book a handicap room and get in late at night. The kid puts us up on the second floor where you have to wheel (in wheelchair) all around the courtyard because of the ramp to elevator location. Get up to the room finally after asking to double check it’s a handicap room. Roll in and definitely nothing handicap about it.

Very nice pool and hot tub! Shower was great comfortable beds! Great atmosphere looks totally different from what I remember years ago!

One of the hot tubs jets weren't working and room TVs were a little small

"Perfect for a big family."

The rooms are big, clean, have everything for a comfortable staying for a big family, kids enjoyed so much the staying.

The only thing was the mattress, it was comfy at the beginning, but in the middle of the night my back was hurting so bad.
