"Good location and helpful staffs"

Location is good. Near to eating places. If you don't mind 15 minutes walking you can get to Green Bazaar and mosque. Staff are very helpful. Even with language barrier they make their best attempts to assist. Aida and Laura are the best. They even helped me with good delivery app when I got stucked while making orders. Room is comfortable especially with balcony room.

Not much. Only small things... Bathroom is small. Items provided like shampoos and soaps are not up to hotel standard. Again not big issue really! Mattress is hard and thin. Time to upgrade.

"Good budget stay @ Pana Inn Hotel, Almaty, Kazakhstan"

Good friendly & helpfulFront desk staff. There is hot water heater at the aisle corridor for us to make a cup of tea or coffee or an instant noodles late at night The hotel is walking distance from the Almaty Central Meschet. Good for Muslim Hotel guests

Can smell cigarettes smoke from other smokers at Balcony enter my room.
