Toyoko Inn Odawara Station

The hotel was OK, but it was the least gracious and had the least appealing breakfast of all of the hotel stays we did in April-May 2025 in Japan (a total of 6 hotels in various cities). I would describe it as adequate, clean and safe, with its major advantage being its proximity to both the train station and Odawara Castle.

The room was well kept and clean. Very close to the train station and the breakfast was excellent!

Great value comfortable hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast, home cooking style. Excellent for simple, budget travel. 5 minutes to Odawara castle complex. 5 minutes to train station and bus stops. 5 minutes to many restaurants. Happy to have stayed here.

Great location, super yummy breakfast, amazing staff, clean rooms.

The staff were helpful & friendly. The room was small yet met our needs. The hotel is closer to the Takebashi station than it is to the Kudanshita station, which is useful information for travelers. Breakfast is basic but good for getting out early.

Very close to the train station. Fine for one night. Very firm mattresses. Maybe too firm. We asked for extra pillows at the desk and got them. Breakfast was very basic, even though we usually like Japanese breakfast. Try the free foot bath on the 14th floor of the building by the station.

Location and service was a very good value.

Had a great stay we were worried because it said Japanese only but had no issues checking in and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, great stay.

Great convenient place by Odawara Main Station
