Staff communication outstanding. They made our stay extra special by putting us on top floor with river views. Kids loved the heated pool. Food very good, room spacious and sound proof. Valet parking very handy with young kids and the storm brewing. We will be back!

No hot water in the morning but we all had a warm shower night before. No issue.

The staff were great. Good location to explore the city

That you had to go into a separate elevator and the through the gym and up a flight of stairs to get to the pool which meant going through the lobby to get from the pool back to the room.
