Excellent location in the CBD for rail and boat options. Very spacious rooms. The hotel had a large lobby which is good for late night taxi pickups.

The hotel itself was quite old with hot water issues and alot of wear and tear in the bathrooms in particular. House keeping was lackluster and there were a few misses we needed to notify staff about. Looks like they might be understaffed

There was a discrepancy in the fee charged for two nights between The booking.com fee which I understood and I was expecting to pay and the hotel surcharge added on to my credit card.
