"Luxurious and well taken care of. Perfect location."

The prepared bath that welcomed us at the end of the day was such a luxury. Comes with a set of iced tea for some after bath relaxing. Property is very small so it's very cosy. Breakfast was delicious, loved that we had different menus served on different days. Especially loved the shakshuka - yummy! Bits of the old building has been retained within the rooms - our room had a pretty pillar at the corner.

There was no hot water on our first morning even though we let the water run for very long. The door's electronic lock failed the 2nd night. However, service recovery was fast and everything explained very clearly. It's an old building so I would expect some creakiness, so service recovery was key and 88 Armenian performed very well.

the room, the service, the bathtub, everything so luxurious! and the location!

only comment the toilet have no bidet, given this feedback to hotel and hopefully next time we here, this no longer an issue

Breakfast is very cosy. very clean and tidy, design feel, lighting and big bath room. welcome drink and cookies.

Nearby Moss have prayer that through amplified speaker that sound up 15 min 5 times a day, even in the 6am session was waking me up .

Nicely refurbished hotel in the center of historic town. Great individual breakfast. Very kind staff. Good recommendations to explore Georgetown. Special service for the bath tube each day.

High additional costs. Well, these were mentioned by and line with what booking.com announced but compared to other hotels on our 4 weeks trip through Malaysia on the high side.

Everything! The services, breakfast and the room were superb!

Only one thing in particular. They don’t have a bidet which is a very common thing in Malaysia. I wish this could be included in the bathroom
