-Hotel was small and cosy, we felt very comfortable there. -Staff were most friendly and helpful. Very prompt follow ups to our requests. Many thumbs up for their service esp KC and Rouhan. -Breakfast provided was excellent. Different theme each day. Food was delicious and portions were super generous.

This hotel and its staff are absolutely fantastic. The service was second to none and every touch they made felt like a personalised service, you never felt like you were just a number. I think the service was above and beyond. The breakfast and the bedroom were amazing too!

We stayed in a suite which was generously sized, there was enough space for both a baby travel cot and a sofa bed, so it really was perfect for my family of 4! Daily breakfast was delicious. The location was amazing, smack in the middle of the action at Armenian. Great shopping, food, sights in the midst of the beauty of this heritage site. The service at the hotel was also fantastic. KC was especially wonderful and made us all feel very welcomed. Thanks KC!

The only one little thing is because it's a heritage site, cars might not be able to drop you off directly in front of the hotel, so you have to walk a little, which can be a bit hard if it's raining. But that wasn't too big of an issue
