Grand Park Wuxi

Nice location, the room needs upgrading for its aged facilities.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to Wuxi Metro station and plenty of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is also very good with mixture of Chinese and western-style choices. I can highly recommend Grand Park Wuxi, 5 stars.

so loud. all day and all night. couldn’t wait to leave so I could go to another hotel to get some rest.

The hotel was very well located in the heart of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay for the price point. Breakfast was okay too, they had Western options. Most hotel staff could speak English.

The bath in my room wasn't 100% clean as there was hair in the tub. We went to breakfast at around 9:30 every morning and it was ice cold - they turned the warmers off for some reason. Although omelettes were offered, I was told they don't cook them. There was also visible clutter everywhere in the dining room. The hotel lists blackout curtains in the description but they definitely weren't. I was woken up each morning by light filling up the room.

it wad ok.. clean and nice... the safe was out.of order so it was unusable. view was nice and there is a pizza restaurant just outside the lobby.

Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, decent gym and ok pool. Biggest problem is they are still using the previous hotel menu which shows lots of western choices.in reality it’s an all Chinese food hotel. Breakfast has toast and cereal . Very central location.
