Grand Park Wuxi

I stayed in this nice hotel about 3 weeks ago as part of a travel/tour package from Australia and was quite impressed by the hotel, location and facilities. I cannot fault the hotel itself but their “after sales” customer service is rather appalling. After checking out I discovered I had left something in my guest room but I was too far away to go back and collect it so I emailed them through their website. Immediate generated response in Chinese and I think the same in English stating “WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL.....” but that is all I received. I sent another 2 emails to the Grand Hotel group and still NO REPLY. If this hotel wants to attract people from around the world (yes outside of China) then how about a bit of customer service. I have even offered to pay the postage from China to Australia for the return of my “lost” item but still no reply. Once again the hotel is very nice but their customer service is dreadful in this current day and age!!!

Stayed overnight as part of the group. Hotel has an excellent location in downtown Wuxi with many shopping, restaurants, night life options in the area. Good breakfast, quiet and clean rooms, good service.

This was a very nice hotel at one time, but just about everything is a little tired and worn. The hotel does have nice service and the location is great. A good choice for a stay in Wuxi if you don't need luxury. This is a solid 3.5 star hotel, clean and well located.

Our trip was booked through InterTrips, this agency provides budget trips to China. Therefore, they make their money off of using 1 or 2 star hotels, this hotel falls into the same category, cheap and small. So if you are looking to save money and vacation on a budget then this hotel will work.

This place was a beautiful top notch Hotel, Very clean Friendly staff Good food, wish we could have stayed longer but we traveled to 5 cities in China in 12 days and I loved them all.... I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Staying here

This hotel is located close to the pedestrian and shopping streets of Wuxi. We stayed in this hotel as part of the tour group in China. If you don't want to spend too much money and stay somewhere clean and comfortable then this is a good option. I probably would have booked a better quality hotel if I was booking accomodation myself. The breakfast buffet was not nice (but none of the hotels we stayed in China had good breakfast!). Overall its good value for money.

The hotel was clean with great facilities and a central location. The room was spacious and clean and the service was friendly. The breakfast was great and overall a very comfortable stay. Close to shops bars and transport.

Great hotel, though not like in its heyday as Sheraton when it had multiple bars, restaurants on site. AC is so so, internet ok, facilities is comfortable with pretty good gym. Great pool but being cleaned when I stayed.

Located in the downtown area made for convenient access to the local shopping and restaurants. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was a little hard but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was diverse with both local and western menu items. Local foods including Century and Salted duck eggs marinated lotus root, and marinated fish.

Here for just one night as part of a tour. Location is fantastic for exploring a little local flavor. Room is well appointed, the beds a bit old, but firm and supportive. The shower was cramped for my xl size, but I’ve experienced worse. A/C worked!!!! Our first comfortable night in a while. Breakfast was amazing.
