Location in the old part of Arucas. Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Noise from the street, which is not completely canceled out by the windows. Noise from the cafe, which is below the apartment. Poor soundproofing of the apartment as you can hear sounds from other apartments.
