Loft Gran Canaria

Lovely, well equipped flat in a central location in the historic part of Arucas. The tiny balcony was fun for watching the life of Arucas.

Great appartement in Arucas, on the pedestrian old town, great furniture and comfort, nice host, free parking at 5 minutes walking close to the big church, good system to enter with pass codes downstairs and in the appartment, good location close to a park and good restaurants that the host reccomended, , the best quality/price appartement we had in the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote).

With the windows closed it's perfect, but if we opened the windows of the dorm room it was noisy. Fortunately for us the weather was OK to open only the fan of the dorm room and the windows of the bathroom and kitchen. But I recommend adding AC for next summer guests or when it gets warmer.

Location of apartment directly in the center of beautiful Arucas, apartment and its anemities. Netflix, well equipped kitchen, spaceous bathroom. Joel is caring and answered all our questions. Very well organised. Strongly recommend :)

It is located heart of Arucas. Everything is in 100m. Apartment was clean. Kitchen has enough equipments. Toilet was cleaned and nice. Downstairs has cafeteria, I will recommend this. In front of apartment has a nice park and children playground.

The Gran Canaria Loft is a very charming apartment in the heart of Arucas. There is a huge free parking near the cathedral that you can use. Unfortunately, the days we have been there there was a rally for which they closed all the big public parkings down. Close to the apartment, however, there were a lot of blue line parkings (with a fee). The apartment was fully equipped and even had a washing machine. We were thankful for the fan in the living room and the ceiling fan in the bedroom, as the apartment was very warm. The check-in was very easy as there are no keys involved. You can enter the building and the apartment with a code that Joel (the host) provides via text message. Joel was very nice and whenever we had a question he responded very fast via WhatsApp.

Everything was great.

- Great location, right in the center of Arucas town. Less than 20 minutes driving distance to the sea, mountains and Las Palmas. - Modern and clean flat, everything functioning great, well equipped with everything necessary. - Netflix on tv with multiple language profiles already set. - The temperature in the apartment is great even in hot summer days. - Large parking lot available nearby (great advice on parking by the host). - Close to many supermarkets and shops. - Host is very quick at responding and helpful. - Easy and quick self check-in.

The road in the front can get quite noisy but windows are very effective at blocking out unwanted noise.

NIcely located appartment with all you need for stay. Everything was new and well kept. The host was communicative and all went smoothly. You enter with codes so no stress with lost keys :)

The appartment is not big and technically speaking it is not a loft, jusr regular appartment. We liked the park and center next door but some may not welcome the daily cleaning machines at 6 a.m. or so.
