The rooms were a good size and the location was great too! Would recommend

Some of the finishing on the ceiling/ walls could have been slightly better in the stairwell but this was minor and mainly due to the age of the property - so not a problem!

shower handles falling off, in one of the rooms the shower window doesn't close all the way, terrifying staircase

Lots of space. 3 bathrooms . Very comfortable beds. Fabulous location.

Could definitely improve on the kitchen delph, glasses, cooking utensils (maybe a corkscrew!). I know it’s noted that there is no lift, but just to mention that it is quite a hike up to the fourth floor.

"Good location"

Very good location

Not very clean the bathrooms and toilets. Very basic kitchen implements, if you go with a family like us it is complicated for cooking ( I have made for more than 15 years this kind of family vacation and always at least they have a bit of oil etc and a little welcome package) In one bathroom the water filtered to the drawer down from the lavatory.

"Superb"

Ana and Maria were super helpful during check in and checkout but also very quick to response to any questions and very pleasant to deal with, with excellent English which is a big plus when staying abroad. The flat itself was super spacious and excellently placed in the middle of the city center. Close to everything!

I wished the bathrooms were a bit cleaner and the electric stove could work a bit better, i have one at home as well as my mum does and we still struggled to make this one work but other than than was great

Very comfy and good for staying , Very clean.

There are no lift so 4th floor will be tough to climb
