Room smelled like smoke - and was not clean when we arrived - took 24 hours to get it cleaned - stayed in another hotel due to the wait. Staff has zero care to resolve the issue.

It was a large room , location was ok , low cost , clean linen and bathroom

In extreme need of maintenance and furnishings were filthy , no amenities onsite with no staff at the front desk and check in was via sister hotel across the parking lot

Other than the check in (she mixed my reservation with anothers). The stay was great. Very clean and quiet. The side door closest to my room was locked from the outside. Also the property/parking lot could use some landscaping. Ive eaten there before, great food.
