Seaport Inn & Suites

We loved the full size fridge and that the room was large.

Location is great. Facilities of the main hotel were very good.

I stayed at the satellite hotel to the Grand Hotel and when I pull up there is a sign on the door that says you have to check in through the Grand Hotel. Walked over there and the staff didn’t know if the room was ready. Tried contacting the cleaning crew but was not able to talk to anyone so they left a message for them to call back. Waited 30 minutes before they walked over and determined the room was ready.

Was close to many options for takeout and restaurants and many amenities staff was amazing thank you

Not much- The room had a full sized fridge & was big.

This scuzzy motel is across the parking lot & an extension of Hells Canyon Grand Hotel which has combined their reviews with them so beware when booking. There is no elevator to this 2 story motel, no check in area & no pool like stated in description (both are at the HCGH across the lot). This is an ideal motel for extended stay workers in the area but not for families. Cheap, but NOT what was described in hotel description & the staff could not move us do to the 3rd party reservation with this app.

There was no one at reception when we arrived. We had to go across the parking lot to a different hotel to check in. Once we finally got our keys, and drove back over to Seaport, we noticed a lot of dirt on the floors and stains along with towels and sheets on the floor in the hallways. We had no shampoo and our bottles of body wash, etc., were partially used. Not impressed

No one answers the phone, check in is at different motel counter , No air conditioner all night, no maintenance , no one on duty Still no one answers phone .

We had to check in at the Hells canyon resort across the hall because for some reason , there was no one at the Seaport inns check in area - upon entering the seaport inn, the locks were not working on the outside door so anyone could enter the building- upon entering my room after the first set of keys not working- I found the room to be not ready- the bed was unmade and there was garbage in he garbage can. Toiletries in the bathroom and food on the counter and the beds were unmade - After our initial issue with check in and the room- - our stay was ok -
