Seaport Inn & Suites

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. Our experience here was very positive. The room was so big and the couch was very comfortable for an evening of relaxing.

The reception at the Seaport was very rude, very brief. Almost like he was expecting an argument.. He did bring us our roll out bed very quickly. Housekeeping said they were bringing more towels, but when we got back from errands there were no new towels, the garbages were emptied. When viewing online, it said there was a pool and breakfast, but when you get there, it is their sister hotel and you have to pay for both.

Everything was good.

Happy with the experience. Disappointed the shampoo and conditioner had already been open and used by someone else.

Looked like the backrooms. If you know, you know. No one was at the front desk. Was forced to walk across a parking lot with my arthritic hip.

The property is very nice.

It was clean quiet and big. The only thing that would have been nice to have in the room was a microwave. The pillows were great along with the bed and the price was good and it was very clean.

We stayed in Sea-port in may 16th till 18th When we checked in we saw our room that our bed frame was dirty , we did have clean bedding but still it felt dirty and really uncomfortable, room smelled cigarettes, someone had been smoking in there just before we came , there were spider webs around the room, dirty curtains and broken ac that blew only hot air and it was HOT in there, I went to the reception, let them know how it looked the guy wasn’t very helpful, I guess I interrupted his movie and snack timr/ eating doritos 😂 so he snapped and said sorry I can’t do anything about it sorry , we can’t move you or check every room after guests leaves and put his hands up, we can’t follow up every room if they have smoked in there or if it’s dirty 😂😂 well he’s rudeness left bad impression , he could have said nicely sorry let me see what i can do, or even try to understand that we were tired after 10 hour drive, so I went to the other reception at the hell gate hotel, there was young girl I think her name

Very nice staff and housekeeping always checks in with you to see if you need anything like they should. The rooms feel like home as well. Full size microwave, and kitchen like sink plus the one for the bathroom and a full size fridge with freezer. They don’t do breakfast which isn’t a big deal to us. The beds and pillows were really comfortable too.
