The rooms were super clean, and spacious, great fridge, microwave. The beds were comfortable however there were no blankets or bed spreads, just a couple of sheets so we didnt like that. No trash bin except in bathroom and no stir sticks for coffee. Superficial cosmetic things such as decals missing from the headboard and chips out of the bathtub, but for the money it was outstanding. There were also no elevators so it was difficult for me to navigate the stairs . Some pictures on the walls wood be a nice addition!

There is no pool, the front desk isn't there in the mornings or at night, the curtains were dirty, the chairs in the rooms were dirty, the only thing clean was the bedding

My stay didn't start off very well... upon arrival there were signs and all sorts of props for an inter-active event... I went to my room and it wasn't too long before there was shouting down the hall from the actors, it really startled me. The shouting stopped and I got ready to sleep... and then the shouting started again, and then it stopped... the third time, I called the front desk and they said "they couldn't do anything, it was a booked event".. I responded, "that's not acceptable." The clerk came to my door and his response was to change rooms to another part of the building where it might be a little quieter... from my perspective, that still wasn't acceptable.. I said I'll just call Expedia customer service and get another hotel. Then the hotel manager came and said that they would move me to the other building and upgrade my room... so I packed my bag and drove across the parking lot... the room was very nice. The bed was excellent.. and it was a quiets nights sleep... the upgrade included their complementary breakfast, which was excellent. All in all, I got a good nights sleep and that's all I wanted.

First, had to call a number 3 times to find out we had to cross the parking lot to check in. Second, found a Lunchable in the fridge. Third, the coffee pot was the old style, with filters. Coffee pods, for a single serve machine were provided. Fourth, the plug in for the lamp and coffee pot did not work and was dented. (Dangerous?) Fifth, got a $25 gift card when the proper coffee maker was brought. It was only good for use that day. We had game tickets and were unable to use it. Why did it not expire at the end of our stay, 2 days, or even the next day? We would have used it for breakfast. Instead it was a worthless gesture. Obviously, though the hotel that owns this one is very nice and well run. This hotel is not important enough to even meet basic standards.
