This is now my very favorite hotel. The hotel was fantastic! If you are a pet lover, then this is your hotel! The staff were incredibly kind. The cleanliness was fantastic. The atmosphere was artsy, comforting, fun, and just really impressive I will be coming back to this hotel many many times. I am going to join this hotel business as a member if possible again I can’t give it any bigger thumbs up.

"My go to hotel in Winston-Salem"

The rooms and service at the Indigo hotel are very good. Especially when considering the typical price and comparing with the nearby Kimpton. The Indigo is definitely my go to hotel in Winston-Salem. High quality comfortable beds and linens, AC/TV/Wifi that works very well; and professional service from all the HOTEL* staff that I interacted with. * I have a separate review for the onsite restaurant 'Sir Winston Wine Loft & Restaurant' where service didn't go as planned ! What is also worth noting, when/if there is a problem with your stay, the owners & management at the Indigo hotel are attentive and committed to resolving the problem for their customer. Give this hotel a try the next time you are in Winston-Salem !

OK hotel for the price. The inside looks good, but they need to do something about the interior of the building, it looks really creepy from the back. The cleaning staff needs to make sure the entire room is clean (the table was sticky and with visible spills; they should vacuum more carefully). Reception staff was very nice and helpful.

This is an amazing property! I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo when visiting the Winston-Salem area. It is centrally located and in a highly walkable area. If you choose not to valet park your car, there is a very inexpensive garage one block away by the bus station. The staff understand good customer service and were always friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and beautifully decorated. This is now my "go to" hotel when visiting the Winston-Salem area!

Really liked The Indigo Hotel. Really appreciated the valet service. Check in was great. Staff were really nice. Bar tenders were great. The room was nice and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the nice bedding and toiletries. Would definitely stay here again.
