"Nice hotel, but a lot of misleading info on booking"

The hotel looks really nice. The room was big with a great view of downtown. Despite all the problems we had, David at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He is a real credit to the hotel and should be recognized.

Booking says it's $25 per pet, but we got there and they tell me it's actually $75. There was no parking and nowhere to stop to unload. They had 1 valet that'll park your car in a garage a block away for $30. In the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for the car until I asked for my keys and went to find the car myself. Also paid for breakfast included and they said it wasnt. However David removed our $40 breakfast from the room bill without question.

"Good But Can Be Better"

Nice decor and comfortable beds. Good location for downtown venues. The check in experience could have been better and housekeeping failed to show up when requested. But overall, still a good stay for this wanting to be in downtown Winston Salem.
