"Hot spot in Winston Salem!"

Hotel Indigo has a super cool vibe! Mid century modern meets historic building! The hospitality was amazing- from Seth and Calvin at the valet (Seth even gave dinner recs and followed up with a text giving the address and hours) to Chloe at the bar (she makes a mean espresso martini). The beds are comfy and the rooms well appointed! Definitely worth a stay if you are in the area!!

"Love hotel Indigo as a rule but…"

The lobby and lounge was nice and the staff was great. Very helpful and engaging.

It was a bit shabby compared to other Hotel Indigos we have visited. Terribly creaky floors, no washcloths or hand towels provided. In room coffee was awful. We had several charges on our bill that weren’t ours. They took care of it and were great about that. We Love that HI has a fun/funky feeling and great staff but this one needs more attention.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no room for me as the hotel was overbooked. The receptionist acted like it was a great inconvenience for her that I showed up to stay at the hotel that I booked a month in advance and paid up front. Really?!? Terrible behavior by the hotel receptionist. I guess she was annoyed that she had to get off her phone to deal with a customer.
