Très bel hôtel à 2 pas de la cathédrale et personnel aidant. Chambre au fond d’un jardin très calme. Petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix, fromage, fruits, œufs, pain, confiture...

Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive at the hotel until 4am. Staff were there to let us in and got us to our room quickly so we could get some much needed sleep. Everyone was very friendly, breakfast was great, shops are within easy walking distance.

Very good location. My room was silent. The breakfast staff and the cleaning staff were polite and nice. The building and courtyard are beautiful. Breakfast hall is gorgeous

The room was very small. The reception staff were very cold ... the sense of polite and correct but very distant.

Wonderful hotel located in the historic center of Cuenca. A short walk away from beautiful colonial cathedrals and churches, town squares, historic architecture and local restaurants. The hotel is beautifully preserved with modern facilities in each room. Excellent breakfast of fruit, eggs, and local produce served in an ornate dining room every morning.
