20-09-23 Absolute disastrous stay at Ola Lisbon - Luxury Graca I. Agree with the previous guest review. 5 out of 7 air conditioners didn’t work. The temperature in the rooms were 32C! The owner/Lisbon agent made no attempt at resolving the issue, instead they told booking.com customer service the problem had been solved but in fact no action had been taken. It ruined our holiday. Booking.com did as much as they could to help but nothing was resolved. We spent many hours trying to contact Lisbon owner/agent but they wouldn’t pick up the phone or reply to our messages.

I reached out to the host, owner, and Booking.com to resolve an issue with air conditioning units that didn’t cool and mold issues throughout the property. I requested portable air conditioning units while awaiting the repairs of the units. When I was told that the repairs could not/would not be completed during our stay, I requested to stay at another property because ours was unsafe. That request was ignored. My family of 8 was extremely uncomfortable and the combination of the heat and mold was unbearable. That issue was never addressed and created a hardship and added expense for my family. Unfortunately, the communication was abruptly discontinued by the host and Booking.com after requesting a remedy. To date, I have not heard back from either with a resolution. If I do not hear back with a satisfactory remedy, I will be continuing the claim with my credit card company. I have provided many pictures and video to both Booking.com and the host. Let me know if any other information is needed.
