Air cooling noisy - not good to sleep and leaking, room heavy smell of mold and mildew, toilet moves, bath door doesn’t close, floor on a slant, tub plug broken, damage on wall, 2 pillows small, front door peeling, requested 3?clothes hangers none were brought, Furniture damaged or poor quality.

Very close to port parking.

I enjoyed the pool area, plenty of space. The staff at the front desk was polite and friendly.

No ice ANYWHERE, no freezer in fridge. Can not check in until 4:00 on dot which means line outside door waiting to check in. Breakfast was minimal fruit and breads.

This property was disgusting and should be removed from expedia. the staff is unpleasant and the rooms had cockroaches and unpleasant smells.

This property is NOT the way it is shown online! It is a low class rated hotel that lets anyone stay there. Housekeeping never came to our room and the room was just basic to accommodate guests . The ONLY good thing about the hotel is its location. Everything one needs is on Stirling Road - shopping, dining the works! Thats rhe only thing. Other than that, I wont be staying there again. I.realized when I arrived there the property changed its name. I stayed there for the first time about 2 years ago and it qas a disastrous experience. Thanks but no thanks!!!

It was close to the shops, it did us very well for the one night we were their!

The property isn’t very clean the tables around the pool were all dirty there were bugs in our room fling around and I killed a cockroach in our room They didn’t have a restaurant on the property like they advertised I will not stay here ever again

From the front entrance it gives a nice comfortable impression.. Once you enter the actual property meaning the room it’s awful..The wifi is terrible we couldn’t use our phone nor did the tv work due to the bad internet connection..Microwave didn’t work.I went to the office to communicate this because I noticed after I went bought fruit and a few things during my stay..After communicating this the gentleman was nice told me maintenance would come but sadly to say no one ever came.. And the room wasn’t properly cleaned during check out..I was disappointed because I was on a short vacation

I booked a hotel, this is a motel. Don’t be fooled by the nice looking wooden building and nice looking lobby. The rooms are located separately from this building in what can only be described as a prison block. The rooms (or at least my room) was in terrible condition and the images used do not represent how the rooms look now.The images show a bathroom with a tray of shower gels etc, that did not exist, no soaps etc were in the room, the coffee machine in the images also did not exist. The room did not even have a cup or glass. The WiFi is as terrible and hardly any ver worked which meant the TV would not work. My room was next to the car park which was open to the street, with an open gate yards from my room. No cameras or security existed at the hotel, except around the main building not the prison block. Every morning homeless people were asleep on the beds around the pool. The pool area was also strewn with rubbish and again unkept. Finally they were doing some maintenance and building work on one day around the pool with people trying to enjoy the sun. The staff were quite pleasant but useless and just agreed that the WiFi doesn’t work or etc, also some barely spoke English and I had to use Google translate! I have taken plenty of images and will be making a complaint to Expedia. Do they check these hotels using old images and misrepresenting themselves as a hotel, when in fact it’s a motel. This hotel was unsafe and the management/owners clueless.
