The room was far below expectations: it felt damp, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant odor. The bedding and sparse furniture appeared old and worn, adding to the discomfort. On top of that, the noise from barely working air conditioner made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep. TV is not a smart TV and had basic local channels. Overall, the experience left me deeply dissatisfied.

Imagine this scenario: As we entered the hotel lobby, we noticed a fellow guest dozing off on a couch in the waiting area, surrounded by empty drink containers. We collected our two room key cards and headed towards the pool area, which served as the pathway to the rooms. An overwhelming smell of marijuana assaulted our senses as we passed through. After dropping off our bags in the rooms, we left to attend a nearby event. Upon returning late, we found the hotel reception closed and had to use a side entrance to access the building, which was not an issue. However, our room was infested with bugs crawling in through the sink drain, which we attempted to block. The bathtub faucet was leaking, and when I tried to fix it by turning the tap on and off, brown water gushed out before eventually turning somewhat clear. The following morning, we woke up to a bathroom floor drenched in water. Somehow, the leak had escaped the tub overnight and spread across the room. The accommodations fell short of what was advertised; the room lacked coffee-making facilities and felt extremely bare-bones.

This was a very great experience. I previously had awful experiences elsewhere while visiting. This establishment finally gave my family some peace of mind. It was clean, safe, and the customer service was excellent. Our room was up to date for the price point.

The room had a musty smell, some ants, a couple of roaches, air conditioning very very loud, door didn’t lock, and the room was making us cough, not an acceptable room at all, will never stay or recommend this property.

The room smells disgusting, the breakfast was dry toast alone, no eggs or anything else. The sink in the toilet was broken, floors were stained, very unsanitary! Worst experience ever. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Staff was not friendly either. Will not be returning here.

As you enter room 106 there is a wet moldy smell to the room. Bathroom was not very clean. I appreciate that the hotel was pet friendly. The staff was professional. The overall stay was okay

There are definitely things that need fixed and the pool area could be cleaned up a little more. But it was an ok stay.

You can tell that management is trying to work on making it a better place to stay. They are doing updates to the location. There are things the could do better like trash around the pool area, making sure the rooms are clean before putting guess in the rooms.

You get what you pay for. We found men’s underwear in the TV cabinet, they were not ours. Bathroom door had several individual boogers smeared on it. Again, not ours. The room was always damp with our clothes and bedding wet, despite trying every setting on the air unit.

Overall a good place to stay for one night before a cruise. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is old but it has been upgraded and bathrooms are modern and clean. Room was basic, bed was comfortable and A/C unit was cold like it should be.
