Muy bien, el hotel es cómodo y seguro, el personal muy amable, el restaurante es pequeño pero agradable, su ubicación es una ventaja ya que está a unas calles del centro, un detalle que quizás valga la pena comentar es que les hace falta contar con un frigobar o hielo ya que cuando el servicio a la habitación termina no hay forma de enfriar una bebida.

El hotel es cómodo y en buen estado, sobre todo el jacuzzi muy bien. Sin embargo no se daban abasto con los servicios de alimentos y bebidas, ademas de la evidente falta de capacitación del personal que tiene buena actitud pero no dan para mas...

This boutique hotel is so beautiful and in an amazing location in the town. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well located

It is not a relaxing nor tranquil place. Loud music bangs from the terrace hot tub bar all day long, and you cannot ask for the volume to be brought down. The breakfast, while tasty is nothing but eggs and chilaquiles and a scarce plate of fruit. Windows don't have mosquito nets, so if you turn on the jacuzzi in your room, prepare for a permanent sauna. COVID measures need to be improved, guests walk around without masks and even some of the staff takes them off in common areas. Our room's closet was nothing had no rails or drawers and it smelled damp, we couldn't hang anything. There is no proper isolation between rooms so the noise of couples having sex in other rooms travelled, badly. Plus, the bed is very hard. I didn't give it a cero because the staff is polite and tries hard and the facilities are reasonably clean.

Great place to stay

This hotel has a wonderful, friendly staff. Rooms are fabulous and the large jetted tub in your room is exactly what you need after the hike to the Tepozteco Pyramid which is a must do. Make a day of it. The breakfast was delicious and the service very good. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, boutique hotel with just a handful of rooms.....but featuring a LARGE jacuzzi in every guest room. A perfect getaway spot for lovers less than two hours outside Mexico City. There is also a jacuzzi spa in the bar area and a beautiful pool surrounding by a garden. But for true privacy and fun, you'll want to be spending your nights with champagne, candles, and in your in-room jacuzzi. Conveniently located a mere block from the bustling streets of Tepoztlan, where restaurants, cafes, bars, and a myriad of stores and stalls await.
