Just had a kettle in the room, but no cups or spoons. Didnt felt really welcomed here. Restaurant was closed. We arrived hungry and the next possible restaurant was 18 minutes walking away. There was no one at night. I’m not the one concerning about this usually but there were so many mosquitoes..

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was kind.

There was a lot of bugs inside the property. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, inside the shower there was like 30 mosquitos flying around. The floor of the whole property is always wet and dirty. I needed to move to another hostel.

We felt abandoned in that place. We have to insist that bkfst was included in my booking. Only eggs & smoothies for bkfst. No other food available. Not even bottled water. We have to go out and buy ourselves water. Staff said they didnt prepare. Booking was made months before our check in date, how come they didnt prepare? We had to walk in the rain up the hill for our dinner. They provided us with 1 umbrella only. Staff werent aware of any tours avail. They just tell us to contact their boss. On our 1st night, no elec power and no internet thus making it hard to contact the boss on whatsapp. Internet came back day after in the night time already. Not complete toiletries too. We were suppose to stay for 4nights but we had to cut short to 2 nights as our stay was such a hassle. We had to leave & book another hotel coz it was not the vacation condition we expected. Dining area was not so clean even.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful
